as we waited in line at the belize/guatemala boarder, we realized we had no BZ or US currency with which to pay the departure tax. problems. they dont take mexican pesos there...be forewarned. and there is no bank to make an exchange. you have to rely on one of several sheisty fast-talkers to give you a rate hopefully better then 75% of the normal ( Read more... )
