maybe the user needs a re-deefinition of it's original parameters? or perhaps the grid (as we undoubtedly saw during the test runs as a possibility) has simply failed. we are currently sending zerael technicians toward your location for tech support, moral support and breast support. in the event that you should not answer the tech support team when they arrive, you forfeit any and all rights to piss, moan and otherwise commit the aforesaid clauses as outlined in act II sections 1-6 of the original post. failure to comply will also result in a nasty, nasty spanking........
