[and his prayer is answered in the form of a young, gray-skinned young girl in a blue kitty hat. Nepeta is just wandering around the park grounds when she lays eyes on the stuffed animal. suddenly nothing else matters. not caring about anything other than the huge plush-not even considering there's someone holding it-she leaps at it, springing into the air and coming down on it out of nowhere.]

[Nepeta sits poised for a while on top of the stuffed animal, confused as to where that voice is coming from. it doesn't take her too long to put two and two together, though, and quickly jumps off of it. she then drops to all fours and peers down at her unwitting victim apologetically.]

Oh, I'm sorry! I didn't realize there was a purrson holding this thing!

[John is sitting up, albeit a bit clumsily. He's still a little confused as to what just happened.

He stares up at Nepeta, looking dumbfounded.]

What, you thought it was walkin' all by itself?

[she sits back on her haunches and crosses her legs now that John is also up, returning his confusion with a look of playful curiosity.]

Fur a while, kind of! I would not be surpurrised, given the kinds of things that can happen in space, you know!
