What: It is opening night for "Hansel and Gretel". There is a celebratory reception being held in the theatre's Great Room. This is casual mingling after the show

[Germany entered the reception room looking forward to congratulating Miss Adler on an impeccable performance, and overall in a very good mood. It was nice, very nice, to see the work of one of his composers performed here in this very foreign place with so much enthusiasm and attention to detail. And, as Italy actually enjoyed such occasions and behaved properly at them, spending the evening out with him had just made his good mood even better.]

[The little hiccup with the caviar aside, Germany's outlook on the evening is still remarkably good!]

[Speaking of adorable Italians, Italy here downs his drink like a pro, giggling when the bubbles hit his palette]

[Germany drinks his champagne much more sedately (and with 100% less giggling)]

[And then he notices a plate among the rest of the fancy little hor'dourves that seems to contain a lot of tiny fancy wiener schnitzels. He's just going to migrate over there now...]

[Italy's not far behind him, waddling away!]

[Are...are those tears of joy in the corners of Germany's eyes? Joyful wiener schnitzel? ;w;]

[He has to get on his tiptoes to do so, but Italy peeks over Germany's shoulder, trying to get a glimpse of what's making him so happy]

[Italy smiles to himself-- now he knows what to make Germany for dinner tomorrow night!]

Hurry up and take as many as you want. Ve, I won't tell anyone.
