What: It is opening night for "Hansel and Gretel". There is a celebratory reception being held in the theatre's Great Room. This is casual mingling after the show

[Germany entered the reception room looking forward to congratulating Miss Adler on an impeccable performance, and overall in a very good mood. It was nice, very nice, to see the work of one of his composers performed here in this very foreign place with so much enthusiasm and attention to detail. And, as Italy actually enjoyed such occasions and behaved properly at them, spending the evening out with him had just made his good mood even better.]

[He is so pleased right now, practically overflowing with emotions, an almost unheard of urge to display his feelings in the form of physical affection is pushing forth--!]

[Noticing Germany making his way towards her, Irene comes to meet him half-way. And she smiles at how the atmosphere around him is... so positive.]

Of the performance? [She is rather pleased to be asked. Not many do.]
The piece itself is lovely. It was being penned the year I was ...drawn here, so to speak. So it quite contemporary to me. This company takes great care in their productions, and in choosing the best performers.

So long ago? You seem to have adjusted to life here remarkably well. And I can see the care taken in putting this production together. I hope to experience many like it in the future.
