There are 3 other apartments on the same floor as me. 1 of them has a puppy that has been wailing for over three hours. I stuck a note on the door that says "your dog is UPSET when you are not home". At what point do I kick the door in and make the dog mine?

My internet stopped working at home. They tried to fix it but said the Bluffs are responsible for the wiring and there is nothing they can do. So I'm screwed. I emailed the building manager but I don't have high hopes of getting any help. Of course this happens right when I was setting up some streaming services. Bah.

This weekend (friday?) would be a good time to celebrate Tim's new promotion to print master 10 and Joe Schmidt's birth. So what do you turds want to do?
