So I'm going to be very upset if I don't get off August 5th from work. I totally forgot that it was tax free weekend! Apparently several other people asked off for that weekend as well. hey. i have not forgotten. even if you have to work you can still remember. if you dwell on it to much it will just make things worse. is that what "she" wants. i do not think so. "she" will not be mad. just think of it this way, she is in heaven and terrell and papa is watching over her for you. it is a good thing. need to talk call me anytime. love ya bunches, mj

Hey sweets,

I remember too. I think August 5th will always be a hard day for you, but you are right in that other people remember/care in different ways. Something this personal will always effect you so strongly. But you can't let your life stop, even if only for a day. I do hope you get off work, though.

As for being disappointed - no, you do not expect too much from people. I expect the same as well. Both you and I were raised to have good work ethics. We are paid to work. So we work. That is what we do. When we see others who are getting paid to sit on their ass, we get mad (and disappointed). I am behind you 100% and totally understand your frustration with your co-workers. I think a large part of your issues may stem from the fact that the (perceived) majority of people who work with you are still in school and/or don't take this job seriously. (In my opinion all jobs should be taken seriously and done well, be it cleaning a toilet, sending a fax/email, making a phone call, unloading a truck. If it is your JOB than it is what ( ... )

Thanks girls! Love you both! It's not really a day to dwell, but remember. Even if not for the entire day, just a little bit. I'd rather remember her in peace (or having fun) than to be dealing with major customr issues all day long, know what I mean?
