So last week tues i decided that i would see how much wieght i could put on in four weeks if i really worked at it. my goal is to put on 15lbs while keeping my body fat at 10%. i was 186 last week. i'll wiegh myself tomorrow and see where i'm at. this is oddly fun, plus it gives me an excuse to eat like 5000+ calories a day
