Rice Crispies Treats be-eth not period, ye temptress wench ye!
We LOVE those. We have some tricks that help the sticky stay in the pan. First: Do NOT remove the pan from the heat to stir the Krispies into the marshmallow, simply turn the heat down to it's lowest, and mix in the Krispies, in batches, as fast as you can. Second: Line your pan with overlarge parchment paper; when you plop the blob of yum into the pan, you can fold over the extra paper flaps, and smoosh it down without touching it. A can works well for getting it mostly flat. Third: Munch all the extra gooeys off the silicone spatula while the rest cools.
