i just realized that yes there are approx. 300 calories in a turkey wrap with cheese at blanchard. on days when that is pretty much all i eat, it is a good way to get protein without a lot of calories.
sundays = sucky-days. i can't keep doing this. i don't have the time or energy to waste a whole day socializing. as much as i want to, i just can't. so either it is no more after-rocky diner for me or i find a way to get back to mhc.
i have to remember to prepare myself for the sting of truth while enjoying the beauty of any given moment. now, how does one go about accomplishing such a task
