I pumped 10 oz this morning! Out of one side mostly! I had to switch bottles because I filled one up!

I went upstairs to try to put Ella down, and the big kids were in Ciaran's room (W decided she wanted to sleep in there because "she's afraid at night" -- why this suddenly, I have no idea, but that's another post). 17 kids have come down with salmonella. Eek.

So how do you get started with the kids? I'd like to get Ciaran going on something in the next year or two -- he has a great ear and I think the discipline might be good for him. But how do you go about deciding what instrument, finding an instructor, etc? Any thoughts?
