well i really wanted to go to ohio, but it just wasn't meant to be this time. i'm really depressed about it. i was so looking forward to hanging out, playing comp games, d/ling @ high speeds and parting for wiL's 18th. but the thing i was most looking forward to was the sweet bittersweet feeling of seeing wiL and angie together. it makes my ( Read more... )

I think you'd find your own happiness if you stopped living through Wil's. I'm not being a hardass, but I've been in the same position as you(see example: http://www.livejournal.com/users/hxcbassplayer/259045.html ) and I'm just giving you friendly advice. I know what it feels like to see your best friend(s) meeting people they really fall in love with, and not having it--be happy for Wil, but don't live through his happiness, find your own! I promise it will come to you.

if you're replying to me, I'd like to explain myself.

i'm not trying to be a jerk--but you have to admit, it's not healthy for ANYONE to have their happiness to only exist because someone else is happy. It's good to be happy for other people, yes, but it's not good to be solely happy in life BECAUSE of what other people have.

at any rate, and I've been nosey to find out who you are:P, I think you and Wil have a great thing going(by the way, i met you the one time you came to PA, very briefly, you and Wil were sleeping a lot:P) and by no means do I think it's stupid for Josh to be happy for you both. Hell, I'm happy for you both!! But I've been in a similar situation that Josh is in, and sometimes I like to give advice, even if it's not welcome right away...

I never wanted to be mean.

a bit annoying yes, but the things u point out/advice usually uncannily rings true. it's kinda nice to have someone besides yourself to see what you're doing and slap u upside the head for what u did/your reasoning for doing it. i <3 my ////'s today.

haha, well my Contemporary Issues teacher in high school always said,if people don't like what you are doing--normally you are doing it right;).

but seriously, I don't try to be a jerk or anything when I leave comments--I just see a lot of things and like to try and help. I'm not trying to make you change either--just want you to see the brighter side of life once in awhile, because(and I know this is far-fetched;)) there is one!

PS-I didn't want to leave this in your other entry because I know you are upset about not being in Ohio, and being stuck at home--But the way you spelled Schmirnov, with the extra *i* makes me think of some historical russian leader or something...haha. sorry.
