Fran has taken a stroll in the Woods (she's decidedly frazzled and was in need of a break), Albanion is chained to his desk upstairs studying for his exams (he is grounded for causing a ruckus at school so studying is about all Fran is letting him do) and Violet is down for a nap, so it's just me and

Frazzled is one way of putting it. I'll be home soon though... I'm feeling much calmer, thankfully. Albanion snapping back at me earlier was just the grain of sand it took to send me completely over the edge.

Please tell me you double checked to make sure that you used actual milk and not the breast milk I had in the refrigerator...

Ha, it's not like we're doing anything right now that can lead to more babies. I swear that Violet knows whenever we're trying to move things beyond kissing and starts crying on purpose. She's just lucky taht she's cute~

Isn't that why you decided to extend his period of grounding? Because he back-sassed you? The boy has gotten quite the attitude since his exams started rolling in.

He's stressed because of his exams and we're exhausted from dealing with exams, his attitude, and a newborn. It's a dangerous combination...

An excellent plan! Unfortunately Little Violet looks on me rather favourably, so she tends to keep me awake! It's a pretty even split, though, between me and her mother.

Of course our reunion hasn't happened yet! They wanted to hold it on the day we graduated, so I believe it's the 22nd, if I'm remembering things correctly.

I have a question for you regarding adoption of children, if you know anything about it from any of your Pre-Law classes. If you don't, that's all right, I'll keep on searching.

Let's be honest, Luxord, I'm not joking. I'm deadly serious. I wouldn't joke about such a thing. Besides, why take such an occasion so seriously? Why not have fun with it?

Adopting children? Fire away. I know a thing or two.

I know I will enjoy myself, hopefully, so Aeris and I are ordering a taxi to and from so we're not behind the wheel. Would you like to join us?

I don't really know where to begin. Do they favour older couples, younger ones, couples with children, or anything like that? I know there is at least some sort of interview process, but what does it all entail?

Just the coat and hat. I want people to know it's actually me under there. How else will I convey my being a pirate? I dress rather casually (fashionably casual), so no one would really know. The costume will be perfect!

They're more inclined towards young couples; well, younger couples, at least. An interview would merely serve to gauge your suitability to serve as a foster family. It will most likely include a full background check. They can't just offer children to any old family, so they'll need to know if there's any reason to suspect that a child would be in danger in your care.

You guys are crazy! Violet's a good little baby! She didn't cry once when I was holding her~! All she did was giggle and coo... and try to eat my braids...

As for poor Al, can you really blame him? He is YOUR son after all, Mister Oh-Yevon-The-Spot-Light-Isn't-On-Me-Must-Correct-This! He's no longer the center of attention in the house, and he doesn't like it! Maybe he misses you? You two were almost inseparable before the little one, now you're busy taking care of baby and he's left out like a Spam-and-Cheese on pizza night.

Did you guys take away his phone, too? Or is he just sulking and won't answer me? :( Go hug him for me, pweeease?

I think, dear, you're the crazy one! Babies aren't all giggles and cute: they're noisy and temperamental and a lot of hours of lost sleep. All children are at least moderately well-behaved around visitors, but when it's just the parents, they let rip

I was always the youngest of the family, even the cousins' kids, so I never really got to experience that sort of thing. AND I NEVER WILL! HAHAHAH! Gettin' off scott free! :D Oh, but I love little Vi~ she's so sweet and cuddly! And she fell right asleep- no problem- for me! And stayed asleep! I'll show you the trick, if you're nice enough~ :P

He hasn't gotten away with it yet because he's got parents that know what he's up to! Just give him time, he's got a lot to handle- school, hormones, being incredibly good looking, still kind of adjusting, and having to deal with a new baby sister! If you want to keep him busy this summer, I may have a job for him! If he's anything like Mama Bunny, he'll love it~ :D
