Remus stared into the fire in the sitting room of Grimmauld Place. It was summer, but the house was so rife with mildew that a roaring fire was the only way to get a proper breath. He was stuck in his own thoughts, not really sure how to move on.

Remus stalks in a quiet thunder through the door of the manor. He doesn't stop until he reaches a back study.

He turns to wait for Tonks, expression unreadable, body tense.

Still no sign of her. I thought for certain that this Nexus place would hold the answer. I found a version of her, but it wasn't mine the version from my world.
