1/2 c low-fat cream cheese
10-15 large shrimp
1/2 red and/or green pepper, chopped
1 c spinach, shredded
1/4 c broccoli crowns, shredded
1 1/2 Roma tomatoes, chopped
1 c mushrooms, chopped
2 TBS sodium-free Sun Dried Tomato Salad Dressing
1 TBS olive oil
