Junction Jugglers
I was walking home from work this evening when I spotted 2 jugglers. Not so unusual for Edinburgh, but what made it interesting is that they did their juggling in front of peak traffic at the Palmerston Place/ West Maitland Street junction. Pub Quiz Birthday Boy
I've been lax in updating my journal. Oh well.
It was adq 's birthday yesterday, so we met up at the Cafe Rouge after my work and had a nice meal there. First time I've had guinea fowl and although it was well cooked and presented I am not sure I'll try it again. ADQ had boeuf bourguignon which he really liked and I then felt jealous. It's my birthday!
Actually, my birthday is a bit of a non event. I was going to arrange a small gathering but I had a rubbish cold (a rubbish cold is when you feel ill but not ill enough to be off sick), with sniffles, a very sore throat and a nasty canker on my lip. The Patter of Tiny Feet
I can hear an odd pattering sound from above again. I hope it doesn't wake ADQ or there will be much banging on the ceiling, which is far more disturbing.
