i pulled my bicep on friday, so, no lifting since then. i was pretty bad and cheated anyway - went to pole dance class and climbing on saturday and climbed on monday again. i've been avoiding using it since then, except this morning when the urge was irresistable and i did an awkwardly-executed shoulder mount (among other things). now my arm hurts
