Having worked at the Home Office for 5 months now, I think I see the way forward for me careerwise now. I think I'm going to stay in public sector but try to move around to rise higher in the rankings; I'm a grade seven now so if I stick with that for a couple of years, then I can go for a grade six role and maybe eventually a senior civil servant ( Read more... )
