actually kendra i think you CAN go to prom. why? because for the most previous prom, a home-schooled kid that was in boyertown's district was allowed to go and bring a date! once school starts-i'll look into it for you.

and woah i totally forgot about the ashley thing.
have you talked to her since?
does she still work at DQ?

eh, i dunno if i'd want to go to prom though as a homeschooled kid, i actually have NO clue whats going on with my whole sr year school thing, bc im supposed to be taking classes at montco and having them count for both high school and college, so i dunno if that would mean i could still go to prom. but even if i was able to, i dont think id go, bc id feel like i was just walking into someone elses prom, i dunno, i wouldnt feel like it was mine, ya know

yea, haha, i wish i had forgotten about the ashley thing. we havent talked since i quit dq, and i have no problem with that, i dont exactly care too much for her, im not gonna talk major shit on her like she did me, but i dont exactly enjoy her company, ha. i think she still works at DQ, who knows

I kind've know how you feel. I was in a school during 8th grade after having homeschooled 6th and 7th grade. The school was really hard cuz everyone was like a genius pretty much. And it was a public school, which is hard to believe. But I hated it so much I dropped out like at the beginning of the second semester. Dropped out and back into homeschool that is. So I never got to go to my 8th grade graduation, which is not quite as big of a deal as senior year, but still it is a major thing.

yea, thats exactly what happened with me, except with my jr year, i dropped out 2nd semester and was homeschooled the rest of the year, but now i dont know what to do for my sr. year, its gonna suck not being able to graduate with my class...even though i hate over 75% of my class, ha

Oh I thought you had already graduated. lol My bad. I think that you should try your hardest to stick it out because you will never graduate from high school again, or have another senior prom. But that's just me.

Maybe you left school for the better. You might not feel that your choice is right now or even later, but think of it this way, you can always go back. You can still hate people, lol. I'd go and get your picture taken anyway for your senior year, because you deserve to feel special!
