Has it ever been a long tiring week! Work has been especially special this week, I've been mixing all week which to begin with is physically tiring and anything that could go wrong has gone wrong. Attention mother nature, can you please stop with the rain. now that we got another 4 inches of rain things are soggy. The backyard is entirely wet no matter where you go. I'm not saying that I enjoy the cold but this heat is something else. Work has been interesting as it is so hot in the bakery. I drink a lot of water and was slowing down a little so I didn't get dizzy. And I hung out in the walk in cooler and freezer, that helped a little.

I've hit a milestone at work that I didn't expect. It's my five year anniversary of toiling at Safeway, I find this incredibly shocking as it is a job where we all have these vague plans of leaving but it just never really works.
