Nothing to report...?

Dec 16, 2009 10:15

It was bound to happen- the show is basically in auto-pilot mode now, and we have been plodding onwards. There honestly hasn't been much to report! There have been a few hiccups along the way, including a weekend where I ended up creating acts to five different pieces of music due to a massive day of fallout between the cast and the production ( Read more... )

Hey, nice to hear that you're back in the show!

Pork intestine, eyeball, beef skin - mad props, you're more adventurous than me. But black pepper crab? ... I love pepper crab :)

Hee hee the grass is always greener on the other side but there's no place like home ;) It makes me both proud and embarrassed that visitors like yourself appreciate the development/food/places. Proud to know that we've got something worth talking about. Embarrassed because I've never really thought about it and I've not yet been to some places (Bukit Timah Hill!). Oops. Haha and Singapore IS so small ...

It's tiny but totally adorable. You guys have everything worth talking about- Everyone here is so nice and so accommodating. :)

And don't even get me started on delicious Tiger beer.. ;)

Awww you're so sweet! I'm sure Canada is an equally fun place and of course I hope to visit someday.

A pleasure to have met you and Nikki, and again, thanks for the tickets. Haha I was genuinely curious about which part of Singapore you liked best because I'm taking care of a touring theatre group next year and realized that my knowledge of local attractions uh, goes back quite a few years.

When I finally get to writing about Cirque on LJ, I'll message you the link :) As for the photo, we didn't have our digital camera around so we'll have to it the old fashioned way - finish the roll, process, and scan it in haha.

I can't believe you ate all that without even being on some sort of game show :)

Gotta try everything at least once, right? Tonight I'm going out for BBQ sting... ray...!

(If you omit the ray, it sounds like I'm going to go cannibalize Sting. Which also would be funny, but I have a feeling he's a little more gamey than stingray. Plus it'd be good punishment for the song "Desert Rose".)

Yay for being back on the ice! =p The fallout must have been rather interesting to watch. =p

Pork intestines are nice, especially when they're fried! =p I've never had beef skin, though beef stomach is delicious too (kinda elastic), and the crabs are quite a pain, with all that shell! =p

I've never really seen the country your way before, as I've never stayed overseas for an extended period of time, but it is definitely something to be appreciated! =p (And I'd love to experience snow and sub-zero temperatures too!)

Where have you been overseas? There's nothing like a good Canadian winter to let you know you're ALIVE! :)

(-46 degrees celsius will do that to a person... As well as probably cause hypothermia quickly.)

I've only been to the Asian countries, such as Japan (not during winter though!), China, Taiwan, Thailand and Malaysia. =P

I don't think I'm quite ready to go to places with sub-zero temperatures yet! =p

Yes. I have a picture of him. He was sniffing the other monkeys inappropriately. Shame on him..!

You know Jess, both times I've come here I've ended up with a theme song, both Pet Shop Boys of course... The new one is called "All Over The World" off the new album called "Yes". I suggest you check it out..!
