I love this story.

For the obvious reasons AND because Matt's job is probably what I'll end up doing someday, hopefully mine'll go in the exact same direction as his is >:)

Anywho your writing style is inciteful, and the part about hurrying your own demise...deep, very good job. I'm really enjoying this, even if I did have to look up what "acquiesced" means :D

Ack! How did I miss this last week? It's criminal, that's what it is. *grumbles*

How do I adora Brian in this? Let me count the ways. He's constantly saving Matt whether letting him write a 50-cent check, practically carrying him with a twisted ankle, or rescusing him (and his wallet) from getting rolled in an alley. He even packs lunch!! And then, as if that wasn't enough, he continues to ask Matt to go out with him even when Matt laughs and doesn't answer. Heaven-sent is a good description!
