So, Saturday, I ended up baking banana bread - not sure how it turned out... I used black walnut extract in it, and I loathe black walnuts, but the parental units like them. All of yesterday was spent baking regular bread and sweet buns. I should bake more often... the yeasty, toasty goodness smell is soooooo yummy, AND it's fat-free! :-)

The weather has been all cocked up this fall. First cold, then warm, then cold and snow, then warm, then 60+ mph winds, then cold w/ rain... it's presently mid 60's and tomorrow is expected to be snow. What a sluggard I've been lately, to the point of letting my LJ get dusty... along with everything else in my life. Work keeps me insanely busy, dealing with high-strung professors and instructors.
