I'm at my "last 10" to get to my first goal weight of 120, and it's proving to be the HARDEST to lose. I try and maintain a 1300cal/day weekly average. I admit I dont work out as much as I could, but that can be fixed.
What is your exercise/food plan? It's obviously working for you!
I usually start the day with a half cup of yogurt mixed with about 1/2 cup of grapenuts (yummm!! fiber and protein!). Then depending how hungry I am I'll have a sandwhich or just wait to eat again until I am with my family for dinner.
I walk around a lot. Most of my day is spent walking around my hometown or walking at the coffee shop I work at.
I also do cardio/circuit training four days a week, which has been the most helpful.
I used to try to eat only about 400 calories a day, but then I'd just end up eating a lot more than that and gaining weight back, so now I consistently eat about 1000 calories.
Thanks. I'm sure that with good exercise you can totally get to 120 and whatever your eventual goals are!
