I joined the crew team at my college and the girls on the team have made me feel a lot better about myself. Ideally I'd still like to get down to 110, but the idea of being <100 and always hungry seems ridiculous to me when I know now that with hard work during crew I can define my body and make it leaner without being super unhealthy ( Read more... )

So, the camping trip was fantastic, however the second to last day my friend Peter drove us into town and we all got pizza and horrible desert. I felt so fat and terrible afterwards, but in my head I justified it because the whole week I'd been hiking and running and walking everywhere ( Read more... )

I am going camping from the 20-27th with some friends near Eureka. Hopefully we'll do lots of hiking so I'll keep fit that way. Also, they are all meat eaters and I am not, so I can avoid a lot of eating that way! I'm really excited because I have never been camping with just friends before.
