Some of you may have read or heard about Sunny Acres in SLO. It is a clean and sober living facility and has been home to me for almost a year. So life has a few bumps....
I have managed to keep my job, which is a good sign. I still like my job which is an even better sign. I get along with my co-workers and sometimes they even make me laugh. I'm sick and I don't like it.
Not that anybody likes being sick. I started feeling poorly on Easter Sunday, now a week later my infection is still going strong. I guess when I get sick I do so to the fullest of my abilities. I just moved.
Last week I moved into a new place. I no longer live with Matt and Lauren. I still live in San Luis Obispo in a little two bedroom that is part of a duplex. We moved in last saturday, we being Squirrel and I. On Tuesday I left him alone in my room while I went to babysit a friends children. I was gone about six hours. Still alive
I am still here and still alive. Life is moving along in its usual fashion. I had a conversation with my roommate about moving out. She let me know that they would like to have their front room back. I can understand seeing as how they pretty much have at least one out of town visitor a month and they could use the room I sleep in as a spare ( Read more... ) -
I think I am stuck....
I have been down lately. I am reluctant to use the word depressed. I have been sad for the past week and a half or more. I would like to think that it will lift but I doubt any progress is going to be made without some kind of help ( Read more... ) -
A new month and much on the horizon....

Months later and still going strong.
Wow it has been a couple of months since my last post. I rarely find myself in front of a computer any more. I find myself using a computer for important tasks dealing with finding a job or going to school. Today I decided to visit my lj and finally post again ( Read more... ) -
Playing the waiting game and running out of time.
My SDI check was mailed on Friday, July 21st from Long Beach. I am still waiting for it to arrive in the mail. I will probably get it tomorrow but I think that might be too late ( Read more... ) -
