Xander's not going to jail or any other kind of facility. The judge said that the state didn't have enough hard evidence or whatever to send him to the program that they wanted her to. If she had ruled in that favor, he'd be gone for around a year and a half. The state (the 'victim's' side) said he wasn't safe to be part of the community and crap, ( Read more... )

I am too. I was literally on the edge of my seat today while she was deciding.

As far as I know, it's rape in the 3rd degree. But we can still appeal, which I'm fairly certain my brother's attorney and my mom will want to do.

OMG you dont know how happy i am to hear that xander is free. FUCK ASHLEY!!!!!!! ahhh justice prevails. why cant you try and go to the pawn shop and be liek these are stolen, and get them back. ps you should talk to me again i feel hurt. i know im not around and the likes but still.

OMG. ♥ I was so stoked when I read the first paragraph. I had a dream the other night, and you all were home, meaning you, Xander, Brandee, and Mamadukes, just laughing and having a good time. That made me smile soo fucking big. I'm so happy for all of you. hee =D

However, the second part..I fucking knew it. Especially when Mamadukes said that he was acting fishy (heh) when she first told him about it. But how could he not know they were yours?
