I would notice that you were gone. Has a performer we all have to make that choice on job security or the dream. Right now you and I are trying to do both. But you need to do whats best for you. When you get a level head and aren't as angry then you should see where you stand and decied from there. Maybe not put stop to dream but put it on hold to get the cash you need to go full out. Or the other side of the coin is just keep pulling away. But whatever you do just make sure that the dream doesn't become a burden or it will crush you and make you hate the very thing you dream of doing.

Don't quit your dream. I can't say I have a lot of experience, but I've never met anybody (except one person) who likes their job. Don't quit for job security. You'll be miserable for the rest of your life knowing that you could have maybe done something more with your life. Don't ever give up. Not even when the world is beating you into the ground.

I'm here if you need someone to talk to. 817-281-2255. E-mail is cg_mastermind@yahoo.com and my AIM is riddle882.

You're a good guy. I hate to see you not get what you deserve.

If it's your dream then it'll always be with you. And taking 6 months or a year off to get a job and get yourself in a stable position couldn't be that bad, could it? Security is nice! That's not really a lot of time for a guy as young as you. Keep it as a hobby, and if it still calls to you then try it again, and if the gamble doesn't pay off you'll have something to fall back on (and won't have to rely on friends). How successful can the average magician get? I thought magicians kinda did it for fun anyway.

Anyway, I just heard what's going on with you and I hope things get better soon. I always pull for the nice guy. Wait till things settle down and you have a clear mind again to make a decision this big. Best of luck to you, man.
