I'm insane
This is how insane I am. I forgot to remind my mom to call my gym as soon as she wakes up (6am) to sign me up for spinning tom. morning (the list fills up within 1 to 2 hours of them opening). Well, I rolled over at 4:50 am and jumped out of bed to see the time. So, now I am up waiting until 5:30am when they open to give them a call and then head ( Read more... ) -

Yesterday I had a bit of an embarrassing experience, which actually I shouldn't have gotten too embarrassed by because it's not that big of a deal. I had debated taking a Hot Yoga class all day long, and by the time I arrived home from work, there was no way I wanted to leave again. Don't Puke
This morning was my first 6am hot yoga class. Yogis refrain from food for 3 hours before class- especially hot yoga. Spending 90 mins in a 107 degree room (the temp. today), while inverted, is bound to bring the food back up and cause an imbalance in blood sugars (which negates the essence of yoga: balance). Behind the Scenes
Because I'm calling out tomorrow to catch up on work, today is my last day of this assistantship for perhaps the entire summer and until September. And if I don't come back here, maybe (doubtfully) my last day forever? Randomness
Life has been nice lately- everything is finally FALLING into place. It's been way too long since I've updated- life goes on. I'm ready for a change- I'm ready to turn over a new leaf. I started going to a therapist who specializes in anxiety issues, specifically trauma-related anxiety. The therapy is for 16 sessions over 4 months and is very specific and structured.
