lol raves and hospital rounds? do you ever sleep? In Canada we also have the same probably with doc shortages in rural communities. No one wants to practice there. Ditto for aboriginal communities.

Isn't Kava loaded with caffein? I'm not sure we have that in N.Am (legally).
