Yay for being motivated!!!! At least slightly. I cut up some mango and turkey sausage for snacks for today and I think I'll get a subway sandwich for lunch... Eating 1/3 less sugar frosted flakes with skim milk right now. YAY! :) Merritt is a whopping 63 days away! AHHHHHHHH!
So here's what I figure. Im eating "healthily" enough to maintain my weight but not to continue losing... Thats why Im afraid of weighing in. Gonna try and kick it up a notch but we'll see
