What are some good ways to drop some pounds quick? Besides crack that is.

I was thinking about just eating salad and running a lot. That might just do the trick.

a colonic?
stretch every morning,
jumping jacks for 5 minutes twice a day at least a week,
drink water for your beverage of choice(this means no soda, or starbucks indulgences), oooh and milk towards the night, it sounds odd but it works, of course it's up to you.
and then of course jogging is always good, a light steady and rythmic jog, you might benefit more by jogging on a track rather than around a neighborhood, a track being softer with markers that make it seem like you are not running aimlessly.
yada yada yada if you do all of these you don't have to do eah one entirely long, otherwise dedicate yourself to at least one of them.
