Which textbook is that? Is that the book they make people use after Genki?

We actually use three different textbooks: Aozora, Nihongo Chuukyuu J501, and Japanese Writing - Academic Writing for International Students.
I don't think these books are a continuation of Genki since the textbooks change depending on the school. 8I

For the roses, I used this site. It has a ton of other patterns besides the Kawasaki one I used, and I recommend doing some of the easier designs if you haven't made one before.
