Today is a new day. The news about Nicole's death yesterday really punk me into a funk I had a heard time pulling myself out of I am still in disbelief that she is dead and I hope our partail hospitilization program can have one big community meeting about it now that we are over the initial shock of what happend. So here I am in my PHP program... There are about 25 of us and we all split up and have process groups with our primary therapists. This girl Nicole who was in my process group was really depressed, stuggling with her eating disorder a lot and sometimes would'nt even talk in process group. It has been years since I have really been on one of these sights. I was more into greatesjounal and I don't know what ever happend to that so I am just trying to things started again. Looking for friends I will right a real entry tomorrow. Need to be up and 5, should probably sleep!
