I have loads and loads of comments to reply to, not to mention some long emails from my beloved flist, lots of internet research to do and about 15 minutes computer time

Meam Reginam Puellam! Once again you amaze me. Even having read snippets on your laptop when you weren't looking (muwahaha), the beauty of this piece still rips all appropriate words from my mouth.
You couldn't 'accidentally' post the rest NOW? Please... I need cheering up whilst you go to the party denied me so coldly (lame reasoning I know, but as I said all appropriate words have gone)

Oh carissime mea (am having grammatical issues), thank you for reviewing. You are fabulous, you know that?
Youreadmystoryovermyshoulder?! When? Damn, you're a sneaky minx.
I wanted you there! So much! I have only ever spent one new year with you, which is shameful. All I can remember from that night is a broken snow globe, Stu the woman, Cara falling up the stairs and everyone snogging everyone else.
Honestly, this has to be one of the best things I've read from you. The emotion was just so tangible- especially for a created character, you were able to really make me connect with her and be just as sad and distraught when she was killed as if it were Remus or someone else already known. I absolutely adored how you went about describing Draco's thought process and emotion of the event; it's something that is difficult to achieve but you did it so well... I really felt it and that's so important

Wow. Thank you SO MUCH! That review you left was just lovely and when I read it I couldn't keep from squeeing because you were just so sweet to me! I'm really glad you managed to empathize with the OC because I know that OC's really piss a lot of people off.
I did try to mirror Harry's loss of Sirius because I thought it would start both Harry and Draco off on more even footing. I'm really glad someone picked up on that, so thanks!
It really inspires me to write even and that's just fantabulous.
I am so honoured. Really. I'm also ecstatic that you've been inspired to write. If your comments are anything to go by, your stories will be lovely, articulate and absolutely fab.
Ah, one more thing..tsubasagahoushiDecember 31 2004, 22:52:50 UTC
ack I was so wrapped up in the story I forgot... Happy New Year! Have fun with the partying and go all out! It is, afterall, only one time a a year. ~_^
Wow! The prologue was just...WOW! I'm not kidding when I say that I can literally feel Lexy's fear, Draco's trauma & the older Malfoys' regret. This is a powerful piece. I actually felt cold when the Dementor appeared!
Can't wait to see how this will affect Draco's future. And please, please...don't kill off Lexy like this? There MUST be something Draco or Harry can do to retrieve her soul...pretty, pretty please??
Hmmm...wondering what happened to Distortion of An Alchemist too....
Thank you! I'm so glad you liked the prologue and I really hope you like the forthcoming chapters. I'm also delighted that it was so tangible to you. Thanks.

I have actually been recently inspired to work on that again and will hopefully be able to upload it before long. It's actually finished I just want to go through each chapter and correct some of the gaping plot holes!
Wow. This was incredibly heartwrenching. I could feel Draco's pain and confusion. I'm quite excited to see where this goes. So yes, definitely continue this. It's beautiful.
