It's a controller for electronic music and other new media type stuff like live visuals, you can also make games with it, etc. The thing is, if I manage to get it (scoring one is beginning to be like winning the lottery, they've been known to be sold out in two minutes!), I'll never remember which visuals or effects I've assigned to the buttons.
