what is an "iostream"? a header file which is used for input/output in the C++ programming language?

I do like your poetry.
Also how I have to keep looking things up after reading it.
Kind of like how clicking onto words in your hypertext poem.
And still not getting all of it.

yep. computer programming is much like philosophy and it is much like poetry to me. all goes together.

i'm glad someone enjoys it! i recently submitted a portfolio for the hopwood prize in poetry at the university of michigan. i'm hoping to score $10,000 and serious bragging rights... :)

bragging rights are always good. broken legs and such to that.

i really have no idea what "a header file which is used for input/output in the C++ programming language" means. punching "define: iostream" into google does ntohing. dilemmas. :[

actually it's used to call the input/output library. you would put it in the header like

<#iostream>
