Well, I guess the break from the heat ends today. It's supposed to be hot and humid again tomorrow, which is a shame, because this week has been glorious, in my opinion. I didn't really pay attention to temps, other than to note that they were just perfect - warm, but not hot, little or no humidity, with cool breezes and lots of sunshine and high

I am really, ever so miffed at CBS right now. It's going to be SO HARD not being able to watch Picard! I sure hope they'll syndicate the two new ones quickly and get them on "plain old" CBS...

At first the media companies were SO PISSED that people would pirate their fucking .40 cent DVDs (which is how much a HQ pro blank DVD costs) and were totally confused about subscription services... and then they realized, they don't even need to sell DVDs... they can SKIP the 40 cents and the menu artists and just make us pay monthly fees, where they can take away the product because the consumer NEVER GETS TO OWN IT ever again!

Forests are my thing. I live in a house nestled in tall fir trees, and I LOVE the sound of wind rustling through the needles. It makes a soft rushing sound I just thrill to!

I like the Star Trek universe. I even went to a convention with my cousin once! I'm not a huge fan but I'm a fan.
