Neku. He has all the down-to-earth qualities, and lacks everything you would find irritating in a person.

I'm actually think Kariya would be a better partner for you. He has his own sense of humor (in a way), and is really lax about everything. Definitely not in your face loud, rude, over-confident yatta yatta. He's optimistic and gives his ideas whenever he feels, but doesn't seem to dismiss others' ideas.
He's not bossy either.

Neku would do well or Hanekoma. He'd be level with you and still be very friendly. After game Neku would be supportive of you, although, I don't know if you'd have to build that partnership with a lot of work and time.

Kariya for me as well. You seem to fit with his laid-back personality. idk why but I get a really chill kind of vibe from you. If that makes sense.
