I'd say Shiki for you. She'd be wonderfully trust worthy as a partner and friend to you, optimistic, and willing to have fun but keep to missions when need be.

Joshua. He's intelligent and would definitely be able to handle the "tell it like it is" attitude. And he's not very serious and can have some fun, so yeah.

Though a part of me wants to say Joshua - and you two would have an epic partnership, I think - you would probably encounter problems with him. Shiki wins out - you'd both have a lot of fun finishing all the missions and really click together, in my opinion.

Shiki would a fabulous partner for you. 8D She's fun and friendly, but she takes missions seriously and is willing to do work.
