✔ PERSONALLY...
004) What skill or quality do you have that benefits others the most? When I'm working with others, I'm all hardcore determined and stuff; I would never (purposely) do anything to drag my partner down. I'm pretty responsible and reliable but only when I'm working with others.
005) Are you the leader, follower, loner, or come to leveled agreements? I prefer leveled agreements. Barring that, I absolutely cannot lead to save my life. XD And I work pretty poorly on my own. :|
006) When working with someone, what traits are you looking or hoping they have? Determination and a good work ethic - if they have a bad work ethic, I'll have a bad work ethic. They have to be able to keep me in line; if they let me goof around, I won't get anything done, and if they don't act like its important, then I won't care that I'm not getting anything done. Also, I'd prefer that they're a nice-ish person, but that's mostly secondary *hit*.
007) What traits turn you away from successfully working with someone? I really don't like arrogant and rude people in general, so someone who acted like my opinions were useless would really piss me off. And they have to be willing to work too; I'm not exactly the model partner, but I'm not going to do everything. Teams are for working together not letting one person do all the work.
008) Of the following, what is or are your roles?
- Sharper; a person who is full of drive to make things happen. Often happy, make their views known, don't mind being challenged, but also ready to challenge others ideals.
-Plant; a person who comes out with the original ideas and does not follow traditional means. Imaginative and see what others often can not.
- Resource; has the strongest contacts, information, knowledge, and support.
- Implementer; organized and effective in managing tasks and plans. Logical and disciplined.
-Team worker; most aware of other's needs, concerns, or unhappiness. Sensitive and supportive, trying to reduce conflict and keep peace.
-Completer; keeps time limit and deadlines in mind and makes sure others are aware of this.
-Evaluator; strategic and judges the situations from all perspectives. Tries to critical of all things.
- Specialist; specializes in certain skills and knowledge, but tends to take these as priority and the most important.
- Finisher; sticks to deadlines, gets things done even if they must take the task on. Irritated by others who do not put their own effort.
009) After completing a task, what do you do for yourself or for your partner/team? I let myself RELAX. I guess I could take my partner out for some celebration-thing if they wanted; it'd depend on what they like though. :D I'm good with pretty much anything.
TRUST...
010) Do you feel most comfortable working with a certain gender? Nope. Doesn't matter to me either way.
011) Is it important to be friends before or after working with someone? Nah...I'd like to be friends after, at least, but it doesn't bother me. I actually work a little better if I'm not friends with the person before hand, because I'm more eager to impress and stuff :D.
012) For there to be success, what is most important? A good work ethic *hit* and a good dynamic / balance. You've gotta be able to get along and compliment each other's strengths and weaknesses.
013) What environment is best to work in? Quiet! I don't mind working in noisier places, but I prefer quiet.
014) How would you prefer your partner and you to tackle a project or problem? Artistically, analytically, conventionally...? Analytically and then artistically. Convention doesn't do much for me; I prefer logic and creativity!
015) If there were any distractions, would you be caught in them or be the one to snap your partner out of it? A bit of both; I'm easily distracted lol I'm supposed to be studying right now but I don't like to get too off task. If my partner was way off course, I'd snap them out of it.
016) For you to work with them again, what impression must they leave on you? Well if we worked well together, I'd have no obligations partnering up with them again.
BETRAYAL...
017) If the opportunity to leave your partner for another or work alone came up, would you? Probably not, unless I was getting stuck with all the work. That would piss me off, and I'd be out of that partnership ASAP. But even if I don't get along with someone - if we're working well together, I won't just leave them. I'd feel bad.
018) Do you hold information back from someone if it would directly effect the way you both work? Yeah. If it's going to cause distractions or tensions then why bring it up? That's the only kind of information I'd keep from a partner anyways. If it's important to what we're doing, I guess I'd say something.
019) Would you take things that happen between your partner and yourself on a personal level? Probably a little, because I'm a sentimental and emotional person as it is and I'm not very good at compartmentalizing. But I wouldn't take it too personally. I can draw the line between work and social life; it just gets blurred sometimes :D;.
What do you do if...
020) Somehow, news that your partner is using you to complete the task, but take all the credit reaches you. Depends...If people knew that we were working together, I wouldn't go out of my way to say anything, because surely they know that I worked on it too, right? If my partner was pretending I didn't exist or something, I'd be more pissed, but if it wasn't too important, I'd let it go. I don't like confrontations. XD If it was something really important or big that we worked on - or it was something where I did all the work - then I'd definitely bring it up and make a fuss about it until they apologized or something.
021) Something personal has happened to your partner that makes them unable to work or help? I'd offer to listen, give some (hopefully helpful) advice if needed and I wouldn't be hard on them. B-but they can't just slack off forever because of this personal thing. I'd expect them to start working again eventually...
022) Something has gone wrong and someone needs to take the blame? I'd probably do it. I don't mind taking the blame.
PACT...
023) Hey! Pin Slammer is the hottest thing! Take a break and play with your partner? Haha, maybe a quick one, but then I have to work again!
024) What two characters in Subaseka/TWEWY do you think make the best partners and why? Hmm...either Beat and Neku or Joshua and Neku. Beat and Neku were like EXTREME. Beat would just powerhouse through things, and Neku would handle the thinking, and together they were hardcore. But I liked how Joshua was able to sort of...push Neku towards the bigger picture, even if he was an ass about the actual missions. I think that Neku needed that, even though he didn't realize it at the time.
025) Who would be the most difficult character for you to trust to play beside in the Reaper's Game and why? Hmm...I can see myself 'trusting' them to help get the mission done with the possible exception of Joshua, sometimes, orz because if I die, they die, so they'd better keep me alive. It's in their best interests, after all. That's about as far as my trust would go.
