004) What skill or quality do you have that benefits others the most? I'm a good speaker and listener. So I guess communication in general. I'm good at getting my points across without being too overbearing, and I can understand where other people are coming from on the other side of an argument.
005) Are you the leader, follower, loner, or come to leveled agreements? Huge preference towards leveled agreements, but I don't mind being a follower with someone who's a definite leader. I can work alone if I need to, no problem, and I can lead if no one else is going to. I don't always like to lead, though.
006) When working with someone, what traits are you looking or hoping they have? A good sense of humour in regards to whatever we're working on. We can take it seriously, but I must be allowed to joke about it too. Or else my brain will explode :D I need someone who's got good work ethic, because if you work hard, i'll work hard. but if you slack, i'll slack. TERRIBLY SO.
007) What traits turn you away from successfully working with someone? like i said, taking whatever we're working on too seriously. or someone who doesnt like taking breaks. i need periodic breaks D:

the bolded ones are the ones that i definitely am. the struck out ones are the ones that i definitely am not. the rest are all really dependant on the situation and who i'm working with.

010) Do you feel most comfortable working with a certain gender? nah not really. i feel more comfortable hanging out with dudes, but if its just working than it doesnt matter.
011) Is it important to be friends before or after working with someone? nice, yes. important, no. sometimes its a downright bad idea :/
012) For there to be success, what is most important? motivation to do a good job. if you dont care, not gonna happen.
013) What environment is best to work in? um? depends on what you're doing. like if its a research project, then a library, or a quiet place, maybe some background music. if it's cleaning your house with your roommate then.... your house. with really loud awesome music. IT VARIES, DANG IT.
014) How would you prefer your partner and you to tackle a project or problem? Artistically, analytically, conventionally...? Probably conventionally, with some different thinking thrown in here and there. Start with a good base and then throw in different stuff.
015) If there were any distractions, would you be caught in them or be the one to snap your partner out of it? LOL DISTRACTED. unless it was getting down to crunch time. then i'd be all 'COME ON WE HAVE TO FINISH THIS, NO TIME, oh okay just one game :B'
016) For you to work with them again, what impression must they leave on you? that we did a good job and they didn't make me want to brain them with a frying pan.

017) If the opportunity to leave your partner for another or work alone came up, would you? if i had a good reason, then yeah. they'd have to be a real pain though. and i'd probably go to work alone--a different partner might do the same stuff, or you might have to completely change what you were doing because of different ideas, resources, etc.
018) Do you hold information back from someone if it would directly effect the way you both work? if it was a personal thing, then yeah. i wouldn't go blurting out 'IVE FALLEN IN LOVE WITH YOU, OH MY' in the middle of us working together. but if it was something important like 'YOUR GRANDMOTHER JUST EXPLODED SHE'S DEAD NOW D:' then its best to have that stuff out in the open.
019) Would you take things that happen between your partner and yourself on a personal level? if i had enough reason to, yeah.
What do you do if...
020) Somehow, news that your partner is using you to complete the task, but take all the credit reaches you. i would stop working. or start doing really bad work. passive aggression ftw.
021) Something personal has happened to your partner that makes them unable to work or help? they can still talk it out with me while i do the hard work. unless they're a drooling vegetable. then i'll just have to do it all. its not their fault. i might find someone else to help me out though.
022) Something has gone wrong and someone needs to take the blame? whoever messed it up. or both of us.

024) What two characters in Subaseka/TWEWY do you think make the best partners and why? josh and mr hanekoma. mr h kind of runs support and keeps josh grounded while josh works out his Big Important Plans. uzuki n kariya and neku n beat i think are also awesome pairs.
025) Who would be the most difficult character for you to trust to play beside in the Reaper's Game and why? joshua probably. i have a hard time when i feel like someone isnt being honest with me. a really hard time.
