Catch-up

I'm finally starting to come to terms with some things. The main one being that I cannot keep up with everything. I have reduced my friend's list to people who I actually know and people who I have connected with online. No offense to anyone, I'm just having a hard time.

Im glad to hear that you're dealing well with some of the bumps on your road of life. You sound like such a sweet, well adjusted woman that I'm absolutely thrilled that I get to meet you in 19 days.

Sorry about the spelling..... :)

I have the same problem with my name - Janice. It's always being spelled some weird way.

As far as why I can't say your name, I guess it's one of those unfair "Dom" rules. He thinks it's funny. :)

I'm happy to see you around again! I have been taking St. John's Wort since November to help with mood swings, so I am completely intrigued about the Bach Flowers Rescue Remedy. I am going to google it shortly. Do you find that it is helping, or do you think it is kind of everything combined (or maybe its still too soon to tell...like how the St. John's Wort takes 6 weeks before it kicks in.)?

It helps. I've been taking it as I need to for anxiety, and been handling things a little better. I've been adding things one at a time so that I can tell them apart. Bach Flowers, Vitamin B for energy, and Valerian to help me sleep are the ones that I notice the most as being helpful.

I have used Valerian too for sleep...it is quite nice, and quite strong. I drink a little kava kava tea if I need just a little coaxing. But I am definitely going to check out Rescue Remedy. My Master has mentioned it before too, so there are two endorsements!

ahh sweetie hang in there!!! It was nice seeing you two last month. I am sorry to read how you are are having a hard time but good to read that you are making some progress and got to enjoy playing.

For me at least good playing heals within.

Yeah sometimes it's hard to keep up with LJ list I tend to read a lot but not having enough time to comment or write myself.

I know you will enjoy Shibaricon, we loved it.

I agree that good playing helps. At this point I feel like such a virgin ass, but I am sure that will change. :)

I wish that you were going to Shibaricon again! Too bad.
