I watched a '60 Minutes' special last night and it was rather interesting. Apparently, there are vast oil fields up in Alberta, that are untapped. Well, sorta. It is a mix of sand and oil, and the oil needs to be extracted from it.It wasn't really recognized by the US, until gas went up to 6 or 7 dollars a gallon.
