The campaign to lose my spare tire like gut starts NOW...i'm going running

So I spent last night in the recording studio with my friends band, The Killer Apathy...They were recording their EP, it sounds really good actually considering it's the first thing they've ever recorded...It was at the same studio that Cheap Trick uses when they're home...Cheap Trick stuff EVERYWHERE, it was so awesome
