TOTALLY. And it's FREE, and EASY. I also have PhotoImpact Pro, which is "real" photo-editing software, but it's complicated - if all I want to do is brighten up the picture, make the tone warmer or cooler, sharpen it up a bit, etc., I use Picasa.
