I'm grateful it's warming up, although it can stop with the increasing warming right where it is - no temps over 75 in March, thankyouverymuch. Cosmopolitan magazine is easy to hate, but I was impressed by this information I got via the internal newsletter from our national "parent" organization (reporting on a recent visit from Cosmo staffers):

Returning to the land of the healthy
Yesterday was the first time in over a week that I felt almost human and didn't completely run out of steam by the end of the workday. I'm taking 58 mg. of chelated iron a day (about 320% of RDA) and eating lots of red meat (yum) and greens.
