Notes: Based on almostgaby's wonderful vid (below the cut) for the i_revserbang challenge. The title comes from the song of the vid, "Teardrop" as covered by Civil Twilight. I hope my fic is somewhere near a tenth as good as that brilliant vid.

This is a wonderful fic for a brilliant vid. I especially love your descriptions of the PASIV and how you compared it to a time bomb.

the video prompt was amazing & this fic didn't disappoint. the comparison of PASIV to bomb, the counting down of time, how Mal intertwines them all & is their measurement in some way. The description of them meeting, becoming friends and living - just for it all to come to an end and they shatter in different ways.

this was gorgeous.
