TM-challenge: Most people wish that I. . .

. . . would die.

Or at least that I could die.

It's nothing personal. For the most part. Tucker Wells probably doesn't even want me dead anymore, since I made the mistake of giving him money for no reason, and now he probably thinks I'llmake a habit of it.

It's just my very existence that makes people uncomfortable. I'm a special case (Sui ( Read more... )

Todd, Todd, Todd. No one cares if you die or not. I mean, obviously, I don't want you to die. I care. I seriously care. If one more person dies or disappears? I would crack it. Big time. But I don't think that many people - enough to be most - want you dead. They just don't care either way!!!

Believe it or not, kitten? It would actually comfort me if that were true.

A lot of people know about me though.

In one form or the other.

I promise.

You make no sense.

Well, that goes without saying.

By the way, I always thought I was the one who was supposed to be disgracing myself in the tabloids.

Well. . .I and Darla and Alan and Tucker and Warren and Cordelia and. . . I can see why you might have wanted in on the action.

A right riot... my_gabriel September 30 2005, 09:41:22 UTC
Now, now, now. Don't say that. Well, say it if you want to. I'm not going to stop you. In a way, consider yourself lucky, you've only got a thousand years on you. That's like some lovely little spring chicken to me. In saying that, I am older than you, far older, so much so that, well, I'm just really old. Do you like making friends? Because I'd love another one.

By the way, if anybody asks, I'm 35, it's somewhere between young and wise.

I don't wish you dead. It's very nice to have someone around who is "old".

Caro, you're not in that kind of mood again? You know, the one that leads to possible wastes of blood on incompetent shamans? Because I thought those new living circumstances Kara told me about would have rather the opposite effect. Do you really want to traumatize young Ms. Halliwell for life by suggesting a mere few weeks in her company left you wishing for oblivion?

More seriously: don't. Wish to remove yourself from this universe, that is. It would be a duller, altogether more empty place, you know, and without going all mushy on you, there have been times when you saved my life. And I am not referring to the most recent Roman escapade.

Now, cara. . . I didn't say I wish I were dead, only that a lot of other people do. It's a natural condition of those in power, and we've learned to get used to it.

Of course, you know exactly what I mean. And 200 years ago? Seventy even? I would have been milking your sympathy for all it was worth. See how I'm not doing that? It's called personal growth.

And Piper is wonderful. Although I do wish her friends would do a bit less ruining my furniture.

Probably because I didn't save your life in Rome. Kara did. And Connor helped, but I'm not mentioning that ungrateful punk.

And speaking of Kara, is she enjoying her room? Between you and me, I let Harmony pick out the color. I can't tell pinks apart.

You are in that kind of mood again. And darling, seventy years ago I had little sympathy to milk.

That's good to know. Did you sing for her yet?

*locked*

We could tell. Which led to a shopping expedition and Kara ending up with something called "ashes of roses" instead. But yes, she's enjoying her room, though she's not currently in it. Right now, she's visiting Cordelia and hopefully having fun with the new boyfriend. Have you met him yet?

No. Do you think I should?

*locked*

I haven't met him. And I don't like him.

And he's apparently frolicking in the forest of Arden or some such with your son now, even as we speak, but if you don't know that yet, I'm not going to break the news.

No one buys Linkin Park albums. It's all a conspiracy.

Is that really true?

I'd find it immeasurably comforting.

It's true. Would I lie to you?

I have no respect for a man who wouldn't lie to me.

Make of that what you will.
