Hey. It's the first time Kara does something to spite Lee. =) Of course Lee blew up at her..what whas I thinking, hoping he wouldn't?

Well I had to include their first fight in this Lee/Kara 'firsts' story :)

The first fight--awww. Poor Kara--to think that no one likes her. I like how you show her and Zak together. I can really see them being this way.

But boy--the way she told Lee they'd deal with the fallout when it came, all I could think of was how this will play out (with Zak's death and all).

Great job!

Glad you like my take on her and Zak, it's hard to write when we don't know much about them.

I got very fond of Zak while writing this, made me sad to think of what happens to him (and Caroline for that matter).

She still couldn’t quite believe that he had yelled at Zak for not thinking about what might happen to her. It made her feel warm every time she thought about it.
Me too :D. Well, yes, what did I expect? Of course, they fight ;) They wouldn't be Lee and Kara without fighting and arguing. But I love that Kara gets, that Lee yells at Zak, because he actually cares about her :D

Oh...I have no words for how good this is. Perfect set-up, hitting all the right notes. Lee goes ape, Kara assumes she knows why...only to have the rug pulled out from under her when Lee explains why he's so angry.
